ELIZABETH ANN PESKIN
Partner
About
Elizabeth Ann Peskin brings a depth of legal experience that is rare in the Florida Panhandle. She joined Shepard Law as a Partner in March 2022, and her background spans large-firm corporate practice, public defender advocacy, a decade of private criminal defense and family law, and most recently, prosecution of felony cases in Bay County as an Assistant State Attorney in the 14th Judicial Circuit.
That breadth — from King & Spaulding in Atlanta to the courtrooms of Bay County — means she has seen criminal defense cases from every angle. As a prosecutor, she worked directly alongside law enforcement handling unlicensed construction cases arising out of Hurricane Michael, gaining specific trial and investigative experience that she now applies to the defense. As a private practitioner, she handled matters ranging from First-Degree Murder to traffic citations across Tallahassee, Marianna, and Chipley.
