Lívia Lopes brings trilingual capability and a law degree to her role as Legal Assistant at Shepard Law. Originally from Brazil, she joined the team in April 2024 and has quickly become central to the firm’s daily operations — scheduling depositions, coordinating deadlines, managing filings, and maintaining client communication.

Lívia speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish fluently. Her ability to communicate directly with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds — particularly the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking communities in the Florida Panhandle — ensures that every client receives the same quality of support and feels genuinely heard throughout their legal process.

Before joining Shepard Law, Lívia worked as a paralegal for family law and personal injury firms across the United States. She holds a law degree from Faculdade de Direito de Franca in Brazil, and has continued her legal education in the United States to deepen her understanding of the American legal system.
