Cheri Collins is the operational backbone of Shepard Law. With more than 14 years of experience in the criminal justice system and a background at the State Attorney’s Office, she brings institutional knowledge of case management, victim support, and legal administration to every aspect of the firm’s operations.

As Chief Operations Officer, Cheri oversees everything that keeps the firm running — from staff development and client experience to operational systems and workflow. Her combination of legal background, human resources expertise, and organizational leadership means clients receive a seamless, professional experience from the first call through to case resolution.
